Creamy Coco-Berry Cheesecake

Ingredients:
200g Hanaa Kitchen Arabia Very Berry Granola, crushed
80g Hanaa Kitchen Arabia Coconut Oil, melted
400g cream cheese, softened
200ml Hanaa Kitchen Arabia Coconut Cream
70g sugar
Fresh mixed berries for topping
  
Directions: 
Crush Hanaa Very Berry Granola and mix with melted Hanaa Coconut Oil to form the base.
Press the mixture firmly into the base of a springform pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and Hanaa Coconut Cream until silky smooth.
Pour over the granola base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Garnish generously with fresh berries before serving.
